happy birthday deno....
I am guessing he is at the clinic trying to get rid of whatever he caught from the gay strippers in SF that he was getting lap dances from last night....
d0nuts - October 9, 2006 05:48 PM (GMT)
actually fellas, i didnt make it to any party or even see a stripper. i was at the clinic though, actually a trauma center in castro valley. i got shot by someone because i was driving too slow(the speed limit) and he ran me off the road and shot me in the back. I'm gonna be ok but i was in the hospital the whole weekend. the bullet, a 9mm, went into my back shattered my 11th rib and is lodged right behind my kidney in my lower back muscle. they are gonna leave it in there for now.

Dublin
MAN SHOT IN THE BACK: Dublin police said Sunday that they are seeking to identify a motorist suspected of shooting another man in an apparent road-rage incident Saturday night on Amador Valley Boulevard.
The 6:30 p.m. shooting occurred at the intersection of the eastbound lanes of Amador Valley Boulevard and the Iron Horse Trail, Dublin police Sgt. Thomas Wright said.
Police arrived to find a 23-year-old Pleasanton man lying in the center median with a gunshot wound to his back. He was reported in stable condition in a local hospital Sunday, Wright said. A passenger in the victim's vehicle, a 19-year-old Antioch man, was not hurt, Thomas said.
Witnesses told police that the two vehicles were tailgating and otherwise driving in an unsafe manner when both motorists stopped at the trail intersection, with the victim's vehicle in front of the other. The vehicle behind the victim's car was a champagne Cadillac Escalade EXT, which had been reconfigured into a pickup, Wright said.
The victim and his passenger exited their vehicle and walked back toward the Cadillac and both sides exchanged words, police said. After the victim and his passenger returned to their car, the man in the Cadillac drove slowly around them, firing a handgun, Wright said.
The assailant was described as a white or Latino male in his mid-40s, 6-foot-1, 275 pounds, with a shaven head, a goatee beard and a mustache, wearing stud earrings, glasses and a long-sleeve shirt and jeans.
Police are seeking additional witnesses, who can call Wright at 925-833-6687.

UPDATE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DUBLIN — Police are looking for a man who shot another motorist in the back on Amador Valley Boulevard on Saturday night in a possible road-rage incident.
Investigators think the man who fired the shots is a local resident and ask that residents call police if they know anything about the incident.
The shooting is presumed to be a case of road rage, police said. It happened about 6:20 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Amador Valley Boulevard and the Iron Horse Trail.
We are following up leads, Moon said. Its a very distinctive vehicle and a very distinctive suspect.
Police Lt. Glenn Moon said he does not want to release the name of the victim, a 23-year-old Pleasanton man, until the suspect is in custody because of the possibility the shooter will want to go back and finish the job.
The victim remained at an area hospital Monday in stable condition. Moon said surgeons do not plan to remove the bullet. The victim was celebrating his 23rd birthday the day he was shot.
According to police and witnesses, the victims white sedan was followed by the suspects gold Cadillac Escalade EXT, similar to a Chevrolet Avalanche.
Both vehicles were involved in the road rage, Moon said. That wasnt one-sided.
Both motorists stopped at the trail intersection. The victim and his passenger, a 19-year-old Antioch man, got out of their car and walked back toward the Cadillac, where both sides exchanged words. After the victim and his passenger returned to their car, the suspect drove slowly around them and fired a handgun, police said.
The assailant is described as a white or Latino male in his mid-40s, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 275 pounds, with a shaven head, goatee and mustache, wearing stud earrings, glasses and a long-sleeve T-shirt and jeans.
Before the confrontation, several witnesses said they saw the suspect at an Arco gas station at Amador Valley and Village Parkway.
He used a gas station in the middle of a city instead of along the freeway, Moon said. Does he live in Dublin? I dont know. Does he live in the Tri-Valley? Probably.
Police ask that anyone with information about the shooting or the suspect call Sgt. Thomas Wright at (925) 833-6687.

I gotta go to the police station in a little bit to do a diagram of what happened exactly, i will update the progress later.
